YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS
This photography course is specially designed for young creatives under 18 who are passionate about capturing the world through their lens. Over the duration of the course, students will first learn the essential photography skills, including understanding camera settings, mastering composition, and exploring basic editing techniques.
Once they've built a strong foundation, they will get the chance to apply their new knowledge through hands-on photo shoots, covering a variety of subjects from portraits to landscapes. The course also offers exciting opportunities for students to step into the world of live gig photography, where they’ll learn how to shoot in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Our photography sessions take place on Monday nights at the following time:
5.30pm - 7.30pm (from 7 years old)
The session is held at a purpose-built photography studio at our Coombe Street centre.

COURSE LEADER
Our Young Photographer sessions are led by Xav Barsky.
Xav is a creative jack of all trades with a diverse background in the arts. Having played in both original and cover bands, taught guitar, and worked as a freelance photographer, Xav brings a dynamic, hands-on approach to teaching.
